The board of directors
The board of Horsens Studieboliger consists of six people. One representative from VIA, one representative from Learnmark, two representatives from Horsens Kommune (the municipality) and two resident representatives from Horsens Studieboliger.
The current board of directors:

- Jesper Bendtsen - Horsens Kommune
- Lasse Andersen - Horsens Kommune
