The board of directors
The board of Horsens Studieboliger consists of six people. One is appointed by VIA, one by Learnmark, two by the city council and two by the residents' council.
The current board of directors:
- Kim Clausen - Learnmark (chairman)
- Kristian Tellerup - Residents' Council (vice chairman)
- Hans Hansen - VIA
- Flemming Ejlersen - Appointed by the municipality
- Adnan Nikontovic - Appointed by the municipality
- Emilie J. Hejgaard - Chairman of the Residents' Council
