About us

Horsens Studieboliger was founded in 1961, when the first homes were built under the name Teknisk Kollegium. Over the years, the building has been expanded and modernised, and today there are 300 homes with bathroom and kitchen facilities in each home.

Horsens Studieboliger is a self-governing institution. This means that no one owns the homes, and therefore no one has to make money from renting them out. Our only interest is to have good and affordable quality housing for everyone in education.

There is a fitness room, laundry room, residents' room and outdoor areas with barbecue available.

The office building is centrally located in relation to the apartments, and here you can ask questions during opening hours or borrow tools for more practical matters.

There are two resident representatives on the student accommodation board. This ensures that we always focus on the residents' wishes and needs.
