Nice one-room apartments
We have 12 one-room apartments of 36 m² with a well-designed layout.
The building has an elevator, and each apartment includes a stove and a fridge-freezer. The living area also includes a wardrobe on wheels, which can be positioned as desired, as well as a window blind.
Please note: Prepaid rent is NOT the rent for the first month. Prepaid rent may be used as part payment during the notice period. The deposit is used to cover expenses incurred in connection with moving out (e.g. painting, cleaning, etc.).

Our internet speed is 100/100 Mbit/s.
It is not possible to opt-out of the internet service.
Laundry room rules and info
There is a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. The machines are operated via the Airwallet app. See the current prices by clicking here.
On account/aconto payment and settlement
Tenants pay on account for heating, water and electricity for 12 months (Aug.-Jul.)
Once a year, tenants receive a statement of their heating, water and electricity consumption.
Furnishing of apartments
Please note! Our apartments are unfurnished. However, we offer the option of either renting or purchasing furniture and other inventory.
If you choose to rent the inventory, there is an additional monthly fee of DKK 300, and the inventory package is fixed. You are also required to commit to a minimum rental period of 3 months. See here what the rental package includes, or see here which items are available for purchase.
If you are interested in renting or purchasing inventory, please let us know when you accept the offered apartment. We kindly ask you to let us know as early as possible so that we have enough time to obtain the requested inventory before your move-in date.
