Compact apartments with balcony access
There are 36 one-room apartments of 35 m², each with a private kitchen, bathroom, and toilet.
The apartments are designed with a door separating the kitchen from the living area. The entrance is directly from the kitchen onto an open access balcony.
The building has an elevator, and each apartment includes a cooktop, mini oven/microwave, and fridge-freezer. The living area also features a movable wardrobe on wheels, which can be placed as desired, as well as a blind/roller curtain for the window.

Our internet speed is 100/100 Mbit/s.
It is not possible to opt-out of the internet service.
Laundry room rules and info
There is a laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. The machines are operated via the Airwallet app. See the current prices by clicking here.
On account/aconto payment and settlement
Tenants pay on account for heating, water and electricity for 12 months (Aug.-Jul.)
Once a year, tenants receive a statement of their heating, water and electricity consumption.
Furnishing of apartments
Please note! Our apartments are not furnished. However, we can offer either rental or purchase of furniture.
When renting, you pay an extra DKK 300 per month and the furniture is fixed. You also commit to a minimum rental period of 3 months.
If you are interested in buying/renting furniture, please write ‘Want an offer on furniture’ in the ‘Message’ field in the application form - then you will receive a list of the furniture we offer along with an offer on an apartment.
